For example, for woman's day, he buys her a gift , which we can say is not cheap, and for me , he didn't so anything, even not buy a single flower.

Context matters. If this is Christmas, for instance, and he gets her a Rolex watch and nothing for you, fine, that's an issue. But if it's Tuesday, and he buys her a new computer because hers broke, I don't think him not getting you something that day matters.

So, context, gift, etc., matter.
