Do black women have to be 2x better to get fair treatment in society?

I'm curious because as a black woman I was recently at the doctors office for cardiology physical, the physical consisted of me running on a treadmill for an extended amount of time, there were two white women who were overseeing me. They seemed pretty friendly but they barraged me with so many questions like how many kids do I have. I told them I have five kids and married and they asked if I planned to have any more kids and I told them no my husband had gotten a vasectomy and so we definitely did not want anymore kids. I also told them I did an hour on the treadmill at home because I work out every day. The women acted surprised. I told them I had to go to work later that day and they were in complete silence after I said that. I'm guessing if the women never questioned me and found out who I am as a person they would've perceived me as a stereotype. I think I go against the grain of what society places on black women. I'm 5'7,123 pounds I dress girly and wear makeup. I know that black women have to be 2x better than other women in everything.
