My boyfriend liked a girls photo but am I being selfish here?

Ok so I’m 21 and the guy I’m with is 26. His mom has kicked him out he’s been homeless for like 2 weeks now and he’s been in his van, I can tell he’s starting to become sad and upset about it because of his circumstances and I would too. I’ve offered to help him like pay for hotels, my mom has said he can stay at my house,

I’ve even bought him some new clothes to wear incase he has not much. I can tell he’s upset and yesterday he was just off because he’s sad and I’m doing all I can. But the past 2 days he’s not called me much and I’m taking it to heart due to my hormones and I just feel like he’s taking it out on me.

I was looking at his Instagram the other day to try and find his moms page to ask her if she’s okay, I stumbled across this nee girl he followed he is her 2nd follower and he liked her picture and she liked his? Am I wrong for bringing this up in a horrible time for him? He does sleep at his cousins house and aunties on most nights or brothers but I haven’t said anything due to me feeling bad for him? I just find it weird he’s her 2nd follower and he’s liked her photo and followed her nee account and private account?

I’m already stressed enough since I’m pregnant so I’d like to know who it is as it’s stressing me out? Is it bad of me and selfish to ask right now? It makes me upset that he does this I’m literally here for him trying and he’s following people on instagram. He also did it to another girl and liked her photo? I’m only pregnant by 7 weeks so it’s not like I’m showing or not giving him sex because I am?

I think planning a family while he doesn't even have a house was a really bad choice and this is the actual problem, not the profile on Instagram (don't mention it for now, it would make you sound monitoring like a stalker, and it would make him hide proofs even better if there was anything malicious behind that).
Anyway, I think you shouldn't keep the baby with these circumstances because they would fall on the baby as well indirectly. But that was the choice of both so I think you should both work on making the family work, now (I won't accept the "we didn't decide to become parents, it happened" in 2023).
If he is looking around for other girls he should take the responsibility to fix what is not working in the connection between you two, regardless if you discover it or not, it's his responsibility as a future father, for a stable context for the baby later. Now everything has to be done taking in consideration the wellness of the baby first, and a good childhood, to avoid creating another broken person and then being responsible for that all life long. So it's not much about "how does his Instagram impact my life" but it's "how does his Instagram impact our family and the baby afterwards", it's different and it implies a major responsibility from both.
So if you want to keep the baby and start a family don't wait more time and try fixing everything actively, help him getting a house where he can start working again and being a proper father, ask his cooperation in creating a permanent connection with you made of trust and complicity working on communication, you can get couple therapy or parental counseling together in advance, considering the situation seems difficult.
He is for sure in a stressful situation but that doesn't justify in any capacity the fact of looking for other women. We don't know about that profile, it seems like she created the profile right away, she might be even just a random scammer, or a far family member who got pushed by him to make an Instagram profile. We can't know. You would notice more concrete signs of cheating if you lived together, but that is something you should do anyway right now regardless, because you need to prepare yourself to adjust each other's boundaries and lifestyle under the same roof and it's not as granted and easy as it looks. If you start doing it now you might be more prepared for 9 months later, when your lives will significantly get harder due to day & night management of the baby, and you have to endure that together, without personal issues going in the way. Maybe if you live together you'd discover that profile was nothing worrying, or maybe you would discover he is willing to cheat and if it turns out true (better turning out as true as soon as possible if so), that means you should work together on improving the relationship, with external help if needed. Normally you would just break up in that case, but now you are starting a family and decisions to take are different.
So all in all better giving immediate priority to living together, or to abort. Regardless of that Instagram profile.
Single neo-mothers exist but is there any single mother who didn't go in burnout and giving away her life totally in order to manage work+baby for at least 8 years? If you're not ready for this possible life (and I think nobody would be) then activate yourself and put him in a situation to be a proper father like he wants to be, and a proper partner, or, if not, then don't keep the baby. But you have to take this decision now, because aborting later becomes very ethically questionable, now the fetus is only as big as a coin...
