My good friend who is also my ex is being an asshole and I don't know what to do? What do I do?

He is being an asshole purposefully not texting me back even though he usually does. He knows that gets to me and is doing it on purpose I believe to hurt me. I'm so sick and tired of his bullshit. Yet I can't stop talking to him because I'm still in love with him. What do I do?
