My girlfriend has just left to go on holiday in Magaluf for a week and I just before she left I noticed that she had packed some of her expensive lingerie. I didn’t say anything but now I’m concerned as to why she’s taking it?
Magaluf in Spain is one of the most popular resorts for British people, therefore I do suppose she is from the UK.
Magaluf, just like Mallorca is also known for being a party place where people drink beyond reason to "have fun". Packing expensive lingerie to go on holidays alone simply means that she has no intentions to be stuck in a monastery and that she is giving a serious thought about night life and how to best put her body on show for a few selected people that have been intoxicated.
Nothing really to worry. It is what young people do when they go on holidays alone or in company of another female friend.
does she wear those for you? has she ever done that for you? or does she wear it for herself? (very unlikely). so yeah you should be concerned.
I would definitely be concerned. Seems like a HUGE red flag. Even if she doesn't intend to cheat, does she still want to show off her body to others? And something so intimate, no less? And if she does, why would she have that need if she already has you? Moreover, how does the idea of this make you feel? Has she taken that into consideration?
Unless lingerie is just what she normally wears, I'm struggling to see how that's okay.
