He comes home late from work events?

He started a new job and has started to go out on a weekly basis with his colleagues for work events and then comes home late (like around 10:30pm). He has told me a few times that his colleagues are all thin and tall and glossy and that everyone there is really beautiful looking. Do you think I should be worries that he is going to meet someone or cheat on me?

He's just trying to fit in and become one of the guys.. and 10 30 is not bad..
If it really is to do work events..

What ever you do do start thinking the wrong way because it will do nothing but start fights. Don't accuse him of doing things that he's not doing if he's not doing them you have to treat this as you trust him because you should trust him until he gives you a reason not to I mean that's the bottom line with all this whole scenario if that's where you're going with it you have to believe in him 100% because if he's not doing anything wrong and you don't believe in him it's nothing but trouble down the road if he is doing something somewhere down the road he will get caught he will slip up but until then you have to treat it as if he's telling you the truth until he gives you a reason not to otherwise it's going to destroy you you'll start flights he'll defend himself you'll get angry because he's not doing anything and you're not going to go anywhere believe in Him trust in Him until there's a reason not to

At the end of the day if you are having these feelings you should talk to him about it, and he should respect how it makes you feel when he does this.

As far as if you should or should not be worried does really matter... because you are feeling something about it and you have every right to feel that way. So best to get it out there an see if he respects your feelings. If its a work thing there is no reason why you could be invited.

Depends on your relationship. Is it secure? If it’s secure then you shouldn’t feel that way. But also you should feel confident enough to tell your partner if something makes you uncomfortable. Don’t say I think you’ll cheat, just say it makes you feel uneasy.

If you are worried, you should step your gsme up to be more than what he is satisfied with. That means deep down you know you aren’t doing what you are supposed too to take care of that man’s needs. If his needs are met, (not your opinion of what his needs are) they you would feel confident that he will always make sure to come to you. And won’t cheat. I won’t say their aren’t asshole men that won’t cheat just because, there is certainly men out there that will do that. However, the majority of men will cheat if they don’t have there needs met because they too much of a coward to hurt your feelings and make sure that you know what you are doing wrong.
It’s his job to attract you, it’s your job to keep him interested after he attracts you. Sounds like you are failing at your job.

I don't go to work events because i work with people I have no interest in cultivating some kind of relationship with, whether it by a friendship, or sexual/romantic relationship

The one time I did there was one girl and 4 guys. She was average at best but when you work with few and unattractive women, she somehow looks like a 10. We ended up leaving together and having sex.

So it's possible but not enough info to know for sure

Perhaps, you should ask if anyone else brings their boyfriend or girlfriend to these work events?

If they do, he would feel somewhat obligated to ask you to attend and you can see for yourself, if there is a potential concern.

Just talk to (don't accuse) him, ask him how he likes the job, any interesting co workers? Maybe you could all go out sometime. He's the newb and is probably trying to make a good impression and fit in.
