My boyfriend has a nice body but lost weight recently and I don't know If he’s underweight now. He thinks he won’t be attractive to girls anymore.

Update lately since the weather has been nice I see a lot of boys wearing just trunks and no shirts. Not sure if he should do a selfie since not every girl likes pics like that.

145 pounds for a guy that is 5'8'' is perfectly normal. With a BMI of 22, he is right in the middle of the normal BMI. Anything higher than a BMI of 25 is overweight and lower than a BMI of 18 is underweight.

He can even afford to lose 25 lbs and he would still be in the normal category and not underweight.

Now, why would your boyfriend be worried about being attractive to girls? He has to be attractive to you and to nobody else unless he is already thinking of leaving you...

he's not underweight he got like a bmi of 21-22. he's all good. shouldn't gain anything

Too tall for me. I am only 5'2.
