People stop and stare at me while they're in mid conversation & it makes me anxious. Why are they doing it?

These are my neighbours. I could be talking to someone or doing something, anything. Like carrying groceries. They will stop and stare, stop their conversation then when I look back they look away and carry pm conversation. They are not even talking about me.

This is men, women, even older men and older women

I don't dress odd I'm stylish and I'm 30. I am fit and in good shape

Doubt it. Most of the time when people stare at you, it's because you're looking at them and they're wondering what the fuck you want.

Also, most people pause their conversations when people walk by because they don't want that person listening in.

There's no need to be self concious and anxious, because unless you're famous, no one cares about you. You're just another grain of sand on the beach

Nope. I was minding my business. I didn't even look their way but I could only hear their conversation stop. So when I looked around when I got to my door, she looked away and resumed her conversation.
