if i was a deadbeat dad and received a text like that, i'd assume it was over. not like the guy would care anyways. after reading that, i doubt he cares about anyone but himself. be glad it was only 3 years. it could have been many many more wasted. he doesn't want a chance to fix things... he is showing you that through his very clear actions. move forward.
Wait, really? No. No there's no chance. That message is everything just shy of a restraining order. Zero chance. Move on and be happy.
