Video takes place outside of a nightclub. The woman (your girlfriend in this scenario) is basically teasing and mocking a diplegic man that's wheelchair bound. The woman is basically saying if he can walk, run or do anything all the while laughing at him and being egged on by a group of men in the back.

Not enough context to the video... obviously it's easy to pass a quick judgment and say she is totally wrong. But we have no context, to what lead up to this and how it got started. She is obviously Asian, and one of the guys made a comment about 16 seconds into video about her about her goofy eyes. So what sparked this episode?

So would I end it based solely on what we saw in the video? NO, but I would definitely ask her WTF happened here... and then hear what she has to say.

If that's how she acts, then I probably never would have dated her, in the first place.

Even if I'd never seen this video, it says a lot about who she is, as a person, and I seriously doubt this was an isolated incident.

A lot of guys aren't aware that their girl is secretly a monster until they get married to her and she finally reveal her true personality.

I'm also not going to date, and especially marry, someone whom I haven't gotten to know well enough.

I am fairly certain this girl is a crazy bitch in other aspects of her life, too, or in other situations. She likely gives off red flags pretty obviously.

If not, then she's a good actress (doubtful), and it would come out eventually, so I'd dump her then.
