Has a person ever come up to you and told you they know you, but you don't know them?

Has this ever happened to you? One day this lady came up to me, told me she knew who I was, and walked away. I turned around and asked, "Do I know you?" and she said, "I know your brother." I never saw the lady before, and my family are all gone. I have a brother in prison somewhere in the country. It freaked me out, like really freaked me out.
