How to overcome loneliness I never had girlfriend and I want one and I can get one but problem is first move is not happening.

first i believe we should separate lonely from girl friend they are different issues with different solutions. dealing with loneliness can be joining a "lonely forum" i dont know names but online. there meeting people who are just as desperate to write messages as you are. also face to face, anyone in friend zone can defeat loneliness kuz you will do fun activities together, things like bowling etc.
for girl friend start with someone you know for example a girl you remember. make the effort to contact her and say "i am __ i know you from __ you are [name] right? " then say that you wanna get to know her etc.

There are other things in life than dating. And you can sometimes meet the right woman randomly when you aren't even trying.

Are you getting out there and meeting girls? That would be my first question. Also, where are you trying to meet them at? That makes a big difference too. Clubs and bars are not the best despite what you might think. I know this because I bartend at a club and see the intoxicated relationships form in a few hours as if it was meant to be. I have yet to see those work in the long run.

You're welcome. Well, being alone isn't the worst thing. Someone might pop into your life when you least expect it. I am single at the moment and planning to stay that way for the summer. Spend time with friends and whatnot.

Thats the question I am not getting how to as most of them I meet wants one night stand which I am fed up of as I am finding is there anyone in this world who we can just stay friend with at least for specific or long term!

oh okay then well first of, know there are many people in your situation, there are 2 types of people - those that are sluts and those looking for something serious, you will know wiich person is wich by just talking a bit, sluts will find your boring and nice girls will stick around. Second, know plenty of people are in terrible relationships, cannot be alone and put up w someone they dont love, true love isn't easy and if it was wed all have it. You stick to your morals and know there is nothing wrong w you or any reason for you to feel shame. Who you fuck or not is your business and everyone else can f off. in my opinion its better to have standards, take care of your emotionaly well being and not have stds.
