What do I do about him?

He's handsome, sexy, successful, and has everything I don't. He's a KING. Should I not at least be a Princess in the making, before I make a move? He's 13 years older than me. Newly divorced. Very friendly with others. We seem to be on the same page about a lot of things. We seem to be able to get each other... without even having to say it. He's different with me than other women. I'm weak for him, and even worse, i want to be. Most women, even the gay ones, fawn over him. He seems to flirt with me though! Not with the others! He also refrains from talking about debauchery when he knows I'm listening. He's my boss and mentor though. What do I do? How do i handle it?

How would the company view it? A boss-underling romantic relationship can lead to real problems for the company - accusation of favorable treatment, and if it goes bad, claims of quid pro quo sexual harassment. Bosses and managers are appraised of these problems and for the sake of their careers may avoid such relationships. Meaning if it were to happen, one of you might have to resign.

If you like someone whose available you should follow your heart. But make sure it’s not one sided either. If you expect him to give you the word and give little to none in return. In all likelihood he will move on and find someone else.

Has he made any advances to you? If he has even hinted at that, he's not a king, he's a cad with no self-control. If he's all that great he won't date you while you are his subordinate.
