There is a guy who apparently never felt 'love' before until now, so I asked him what does he think love means now after he thinks he feels it.

Good question, love is for me a overly attraction to a person where I'm willing to invest more and not expect to get the same back. Also to protect and care

Sounds like a child's description of love or one that's toxic to be fully willing to sacrifice yourself or anything for someone else is the type of mindset that leaves people in abusive relationships
