How to know if I really fell in love?

I had sexual relationship with man. After 18 months, I had other people in my life. I forgot all of them, I couldn't forgot about him. Did I really fall in love him or I made it in my mind?

There are times where we fall in love and we break up and we hurt for a couple days but we move on and that's because that person and yourself were the two that fell in love

I tried to explain this before our bodies are Temple we have our soul or spirit and we have an energy it is our guiding light is it is our God Gene our God DNA that we've been given when we communicate to people our energy talks to them in a split second and knows everything about them

When we die that energy gathers everything we said and done our solar spirit it's our guiding light and it takes us into this other dimension energy never dies our energy is so powerful scientists now are just finally starting to understand this and pieces of it what we are capable of doing

Okay so when we fall in love with each other and we break up like I said every you know we hurt for a few days but we move on

But when our energy falls in love with their energy and they have become one it is killer we could split up and go our separate ways and you think about it it's going to be like any other relationship in a couple days you'll be over it

But when our energy does it it mourns that other energy it misses that other energy and it makes you sick to your stomach you can't eat you can't think it changes everything in your body you become a whole different person even though you're still you but there's something else and it's almost as if our energy is is soulmates with that other person's energy they hurt really really bad that's why you feel what you feel

If anybody is going to this right now stop and think about it you can talk to yourself saying what the hell is going on with me why do I feel this way that's not me I want to move forward but you can't move forward because something is holding you back

Your energy is when your heart and your mind become one they said it was impossible to do but it's not and when these two become one you can do anything you could have anything in this world you can create you can ask for you can give to it's one of the most beautiful things you will ever feel in this world I guarantee you I don't know if I explained it right this time but I tried it goes a little bit deeper than that but that's what it is or at least that's what I believe and that's what I feel and that's what I've experienced

Attachment is the start of love; it's chemistry. It's a physical connection. You felt it with him but not the others because of whatever blend of chemicals his body causes in your brain.
