Update: he searched Philippines beautiful tiktokers.
He has this best friend that always talk to people from the Philippines and when I jokingly said that that's the kind of guys they like (it's an inside joke), he got all defensive and said that it was his best friend who likes those. But I think he's been trying to cover up that he secretly likes them, too.

I don't have anything against Philippines or the people. Just wanting to know why he would deny it and act like it's the end of the world

He might be looking just out of curiosity, or even if he's looking because he has an interest in those girls it doesn't mean he will do something, we are all attracted to people even when we re in relationships it's normal human biology, animal instinct, the difference is if we follow our lust or respect our partner. Still it shouldn't be something you should worry about, meaning that even if you stop him from looking at them, he might cheat later on either way, it's not something you can control and you need a more mature partner. Eventually things will go south, either because he will actually do something or just your fear of losing him and your insecurities and jealousy will be too much for him. If you really want to know why he's looking at them, then you should talk with him, have an honest conversation, tell him what's bothering you and see how he reacts.

I'm not sure how to approach it. Knowing how he is, he would deny that he searched them up and stuff and said he never disrespected me. Then, he would be mad all day and get drunk... and act like nothing ever happened.

It's not the problem. The problem is that why hide it or deny it at all?
He has told me about his previous relationships where all of his exes did what he's doing now to me and he didn't appreciate it. He had expressed greatly to me that it didn't make him feel good to be treated that way and felt used because he had money. He gets jealous or really mad at me if anybody comments on my Facebook posts (even if it's just memes I share) and he gets mad just at the simple fact that a guy liked my meme post. He assumes I talk to the guy or fuck the guy.
We had a conversation where I had asked him how he would feel if I did what he's doing to me and he just says he doesn't know or that he would just leave me if I did the stuff he's doing.

I never really had a problem until he denied it and assumed a lot about me that was never true, but everything I assumed he started doing, I had evidence that he denied.

He said he wasn't gonna hurt me anymore and didn't mean to do his shit, so I forgave him and ig we're at that same point again but everything has already damaged me enough to where I just wanna leave but just been hard for me to, especially because we live together.
