What age did you have your first serious relationship?

Just curious people at uni are obsessed with finding the one. Granted it would be nice because it maybe harder to find someone after college.

Serious LONG term relationship 1 year and over.

14 almost 15, we dated off and on for about 3 years. I lost my virginity to him and thought I was "in love." I did love him but I wasn't in love. he was 3 years older then me. the only reason we broke up was because he moved to chicago for school when he was 21. I wasn't heart broken because I knew he still fealt the same way as I did for him. it was a mutual thing to just become single. we kept in touch for a while and slowly just stopped talking as we both dated other people and were busy with our lives. almost a year ago he came back for a few months and I ran into him at the gym. he asked to go out to dinner but I told him it wouldn't be the wisest thing for me to do considering I was in a long distance relationship and I know my boyfriend wouldn't be comfortable with that. he got mad at me and said that I was stupid for being in a ldr. anyways the night ended in tears and a phone call with semi-tears being held back on the other end. I've seen him about 3 times ever since then but have justkept my distance. as far as I know he didn't see me. it was hard to see him and automatically have feelings come back, but I knew we were both different people and things just wouldn't have worked. then again I guess I really don't know.

Well if you're only going by over a year, then I was 19 when we got together. He was 23 and we were together for two and a half years.

Im not good with relationships, but we still try to make it work. My longest was 8 months with my ex. Glad that's over :)
