My girlfriend is too afraid of romance and stuff. We are in a long distance relationship. She got health issues due to the stress during our first romance session. She has Pcod issue also. What can she do to get better?

Just support her and encourage her to go to counseling or something along those lines. The health issues could be making her shut down on that front. Just be there for her
