I always feel sad cause we don't hold hands, never cuddle, we don't do anything with each other anymore, my life is starting to get depressed but I don't want to leave because we have a lot memories together and we have kids.

Both parties need to keep making an effort to take the time to do that.
As kids grow, work, and everything else that is going on in your life you are so busy catering to the needs of others it is easy to forget about each other.
Before you know it you are 2 strangers living in the same house.
You need to actually plan time for just you 2, hence the date night.
Find or make the time, get a sitter, rent a room, get a nice dinner turn off your phones and it is just you 2 for a few hours.
If you can dump the paste eaters off at their grandparents for a weekend, then go somewhere, just get away.
It might seem hard to do, it takes planning, but if it is important to the both of you then you'll figure it out.
Talk to your spouse, hopefully he feels the same way.

It honestly sucks. Especially if your love language is physical contact. Mine is and I always need to hold a part of him. I’ve told him from the start of our relationship and I know his not affectionate like me. When it happens it’s nice but when it doesn’t it kinda sucks. Talk to him.

Unfortunately, I feel every relationship goes through this phase. People grow and people develop new wants/needs, etc. It may be important to note as well that you guys might have different ways of showing affection. Meeting half way is the true compromise. You need to communicate your needs with your partner and have them meet you somewhere in the middle. Tell them how you feel. Their actions from that point forward will show you how they feel.
