He wants to pad his ego by making you aware that you could have had him, but he's happy where he is. And, he's fishing to see if you'd like to have a tryst with him.

I did. I even showed him her number that I acquired from her food business. I even know where she works at! He doesn’t seem to care. I guess cause last time I showed her screenshots (when me and him were dating and she was being the homewrecker she didn’t care and blocked me)

Well in this case they both sound like irrational and broken people. The kind you don't want in your life. Go to the police and get a restraining order so you can continue moving on with your life.
