It seems odd and such a setup will not be useful for most people. However, for a celebrity in this situation I wonder of it could work. The commonly accepted alternative would be that he always breaks up or gets divorced as applicable and then has different women one after the other. This is not necessarily better. Given that they are having a child together it will be best to stay together.
Of course, it would be preferable for him to just stay exclusive with Bruna, but experience shows that for some celebrities this is not attainable.

This is the standard pro athlete WAG setup. I don't crave status or welath that much so for those who feel fulfilled by that I guess it works. But for people who crave respect and genuine connection with a person of integrity and character it will not work out.

Yes it's possible. According to many sex therapists and psychologists, this type of sexual lifestyle can in fact be healthy and rewarding, though it's not for everyone.
