It seems odd and such a setup will not be useful for most people. However, for a celebrity in this situation I wonder of it could work. The commonly accepted alternative would be that he always breaks up or gets divorced as applicable and then has different women one after the other. This is not necessarily better. Given that they are having a child together it will be best to stay together.

Of course, it would be preferable for him to just stay exclusive with Bruna, but experience shows that for some celebrities this is not attainable.
