All my friends are being dramatic and my stalker has pretended to be someone he’s not, to try to get me to become his girlfriend (catfishing me). Meanwhile, one friend has discovered that he might have cancer and everyone’s acting really needy, when I’ve been feeling almost suicidal.

Therapy is a start. Psychiatrist would be next, along with some medication to keep you on track while attending therapy. Depression sucks, but it doesn’t make you the center of attention. Everyone has their own problems going on. You’re the only one who can help yourself, so focus on you and do what’s best for you. Don’t expect others to drop everything in their own lives to come help you.
No, but a bit of support doesn’t hurt, just like I’m supporting all of them.
I feel almost suicidal because of everything going on with them and the stalker.
You need to get therapy if you can afford it or if you have insurance that covers it. And also listen to binaural beats
