My husband was virtually cheating (I'm not sure if in person too) even when I was pregnant. He has mental problems and he's 20 years older. I've been neglected for a while but he's having serious health issues and I know I would kill him if I leave now.

You may be overestimating your importance when you conclude that he would die if you divorced him.

I don't think it could be same like this forever. Feelings comes we are human. What would happen in future there is no guarantee at all. And suppose even if both of you stay decent still the closeness would increase like you may not be able to define this relationship or kind you keep avoiding giving it a name. And this may only break your current relationship or make distance a little bit. Any way it is wrong and going to harm you only at the end. I know it feels good but it's not wise full to have such kind friendship. That's my personal opinion and personal experience.

Don't give me that it is a bad marriage shit either because all you will get back from me is get outta the marriage then.
