Is it OK to not let her cook for me?

My job is quite physically demanding plus I workout out often... so I am always particular about my diet and kind of eat a lot to fuel myself up
But my wife is so sweet that she asks to me just tell me what I want to eat and she will make it for me
I really don't want to bother her cause it's quite tiresome to cook all that and also she has a job too.. so I felt its rude and gently declined.
She went on a weekend trip with her friends today morning and I am here thinking whether she felt bad about it..

It’s perfectly fine to not have her cook for you, but you can’t control how she feels or reacts to your request. Do you cook for her? If not, then making or ordering dinner for the both of you can be your responsibility. Hope this helps!

Yes I love cooking for her often!
But to be frank what I make for myself would not necessarily be good for normal people cause it's kind of a high protien diet
I prefer either me cooking for us both (Making what she loves for her and what I need for myself) or ordering/eating out

If she offered to cook for you is because she's willing to. Let her cook once in a while. Or you can both prepare meals together if you think is too much for her.
