it all started when we got back together after we broke up, we promised we’d be more open and understanding to each other because us keeping our struggles a secret and being stubborn and naive led to us breaking up. now i feel like he’s so distant and growing apart from me the past week, he’s not his usual self and i think there's another girl… I don't know what to do atp

When you break up with someone and get back together is really hard to go back to the honeymoon phase. It's hard to rekindle what was lost. That's why I don't believe in giving second chances unless there's children involved. You both are not the same people when you started dating each other is best not to force things. In these cases Love is not enough.
