Werid or likes me?

starting college, don’t know this dude nor talk to him. (fyi: my friends did stalk on him lol and he has a girlfriend for long time) so on Friday me and my friends we were at a cafe eating. And we kept on noticing that this dude kept on staring at me. and, today I when my friend was talking I notice he turn around and look at me. so what now?
