I was confused why it was an issue and then I saw your age. I think people, especially when you’re young, read too much into things. He may also just be trying to stir up drama. Just looking at someone isn’t a big deal. I wouldn’t let it get to you and if it comes up again just be honest, and eventually it will blow over (hopefully sooner than later)
