What do you look for in a partner?

Here's ones I look for that aren't the obvious usual ones like being kind, loyal, etc.

- Doesn't abuse drugs too frequently, so it'd be a social thing for them. I'd still prefer if they barely did any though at all, as I don't.

- Similar morals to my own in life and how to raise a family. However, it doesn't need to be the EXACT same as mine.

- We need to be able to make each other laugh, so it cannot be one sided.

- Hard-Worker & Reliable, since I work hard myself

- Puts effort into their appearance. I don't mean at home, but in public where they have a clean fashion style, nice hair, etc. I do the same as well.

- They don't put their trauma on me. It's fine to have struggles because of your trauma, but don't be toxic due to it.

- Has a life outside of our relationship. I want then to hangout with friends and focus on their life mostly especially at my age where we're working for a career.

- Likes to have deep conversations

- Confident and independent (very attractive). It makes me think they'd be reliable as a mother and stand up for ones she cares about.

- They've had some sort of trauma in life. I know that sounds weird, but I think it can make you more understanding of other's issues. For me, I want them to be able to talk about my childhood not even in a negative way and not feel awkward.

- Someone who isn't overly sexual. Sex isn't a big priority in my life and I don't rush it. Also I just think it's classy if you don't dress provocatively.

Great eyes and smile, a great personality, independent, gregarious, loves animals, likes motorcycles, being outdoors, non-smoking, no drugs, social drinker, gets along with her family, if she has an ex and kids minimal drama between them.

So the first thing I notice is someone’s eyes. Their eyes can tell you something but then I also look at personality. If he is funny and can make me laugh. Also has to be interested in some of the same things I’m interested in. Not all of them but some so that way we can go do some of those things on date nights. Also how he presents himself. If he’s confident I like that. The guy I like is shy around me and always willing to make me laugh. We are just both to shy to ask each other out. I’ll do it next time I see him. Maybe he can let me borrow his jersey for a game I’m planning on going to as he used to go to that school and I’m planning on going to a game and don’t have any merchandise from that school. We will see I’m hopeful!

Would be great if they were somewhat social as well.

Can be with my friends without hating it or talking badly about them.

Maybe is a little cheeky, goofy but also able to be serious.

Someone I can trust and depend on (this is mostly emotionally I mean, not meaning financially depending on them)

Overall thoughts and wishes and things I've noticed from pervious relationships.
