We are coworkers but we barely talked and I never showed interest in him. What's wrong with him?

You gotta simply tell him that you aren't interested. No other way around it, i saw the comments below and yeah he seems dense but doesn't mean that he is, it might simply be more than just a crush and he is hoping you will see him that way eventually. Even with direct rejection depending on how much or how deep your feelings are for someone its won't go away over night, those who move on in a day or few days had no real feelings at all, some peeps might need much longer than that. Its all about the depth of their feeling for you. But it is definitely easier to move on when you get rejected. It does give some closure to it and cracks the hope for the future.
Yeah, but that's what a crush is isn't it. It's not rational. If it is just a crush, he'll get over it.
It won't stop till you make it known to him that you have no interests in dating him.
Ok but don't you get bored when a girl shows no interest in you in all these months? Aren't there many other girls you find attractive?
Yes, I sure would. He seems rather dense.
