'No one else wanted it either' Well person A wanted person B so that makes no sense.

Also the point of this very old and wise saying is more about love not being selfish than anything else.

So this is just some ass clown trying to be clever and making an absolute dogs dinner of it.

This isn't wisdom and its not mature, it's something like ghosting 2.0, omg its been >insert whatever small timeframe here< and they didn't text me back, if I don't go nuclear and block them under the banner of 'ghosting' then I might feel like i have lost at some sort of ridiculous pissing competition.

If you are ever going to have a functional and healthy long term relationship with someone then you have to be vulnerable, you have to have the capacity for forgiveness and you have to be able to have difficult conversations.

No amount of running away, looking for perfection is going to get away from that.
