let’s say that you have a partner and he/she has a brother/ sister. your partner then die in an accident and you start hanging out romantically with his/her sister/brother. what do you think your partner would think if she/he could see you from heaven?

There are cultures where this is part of their tradition. Research Levirate marriage. It is seen as maintaining the family lineage, especially when no offspring came from the first wife. My grandfather married his deceased wife's sister, though that was a miserable marriage, didn't last and was never acknowledged in the family.

I would go to therapy because i would realize i am just trying to replace them and fill an emotional hole. Heaven doesn't exist.
