Do I trust what he’s telling me?

My boyfriend has been distant and ignoring me and this has been the third time he’s done it.

The first time his reason that his aunt was sick and that he was going through something. The second time he did it he said his cousin died and now this time he says his aunt is still sick. We were supposed to spend time together one day but he said we could only be together for short time because he had to go see his aunt.

That's sketchy as hell. Three times he's bailed on plans to spend time with you, giving some vague family excuse each time? And being distant and ignoring you too? Nah, that ain't right.

I wouldn't believe a word he's saying without proof. Who knows what or who he's actually busy with if he can't even give you a straight answer. Realistically how sick can this aunt keep getting without ever going to the hospital?

You deserve way better than this disrespect. A guy who really cares about you wouldn't pull this disappearing act over and over. I'd be asking him straight up why I shouldn't think he's lying. And if he can't come clean, you know it's time to find someone who'll treat you right.

Don't let him take you for a fool. You seem like a loyal girl, so don't waste your time on people who aren't loyal back. Know your self-worth! If he can't earn your trust again, you gotta let him go.
