I’ve been dating my boyfriend for about 1.5 years but we known each other since we were 14. Dated for 4 years in high school. We just moved in together and I thought we would be having sex like crazy but it’s been twice a week and it’s always been like this. Is this normal?

When I married at 26, we had sex about 3 to 5 time a day, everyday for about 6 months.

Hence by my standard, you're indeed very low in quantity.

When we did was

1) live a naked lifestyle when at home. Yes, clothes off once we step into the house. That helps. I think.

2) food. We intentionally add raw garlic, onions, and stimulating stuffs to our food. And yes, we ate chicken tail (aka butt) and we learn to enjoy blue cheese and exotic food. I think that raise our libido too.

3) scent. It's great shopping for "scent that raise libido" together. And it's great to talk to shop keeper about it. It raises libido. 😁

I think at late 20s, we should have high libido. It's how we get it out. And I think the above methods can help you both raise it.

What is a ‘normal’ libido?

Assuming he is around your age that is definitely low, I am almost 20 years older and with girls I date it's 4 to 5 times a week. And I have a shitty work schedule a lot with travel. That being said if this is something really important to you it needs to be brought up asap, because generally speaking the longer a couple together the shorter or lower amount of times you will have sex. Maybe you can fix it now. Before it's too late.
