I think that is never a red flag. People have very different comfort levels when it comes to nudity. I think some people will never be comfortable with it.

If this is an issue with you, I think you just need to work something out. I don't think people should ever be in a conditional relationship - meaning you want to be with them **ONLY IF** something is different. You should be in a relationship with who they are now. Sure, you might want some things to change, but you can't count on that happening and should not base a relationship on it.
