I don’t know enough about it Bosnia to score it. But, if you’re talking about morally pure and clean, I’d say that the more degeneracy there is in a culture, the harder it will be to find someone who isn’t degenerate.


Like attracts like. People of similar values will flock together and spend time with each other. Like-minded people surround themselves with other like-minded people, generally-speaking.


I would personally go by social groups, rather than entire countries, since within countries there are pockets of people who are different than the rest.


But, the principle is the same. If you want to avoid degeneracy, find groups of people who don’t practice degeneracy. That’s where you’ll have the most success.
