I highly prefer we be the same age or within a 0-4 year gap. Very very few outside of that range were an exception to the rule. And the ones that were were a large age gap. It didn’t matter if they were older or younger but they still were not ready for the things that i am ready for in life. Other than that, the age itself played no part in the issue. I just find it a turnoff to be so far apart in age, even if we share a lot of other stuff in common

Could you give a brief example of what kind of life preparation you had, but you couldn't see it on the other side?

Well for example, I’d like kids sooner than most the guys i dated preferred. The oldest guy i dated was 31 when i was 22 and he still didn't want kids yet. So you can't always get “more” from an older “mature” guy.
