People in your 30s do you feel old at times?

For me I turned 30 recently and I have back pain and foot pain.

Asking questions like that makes me feel old! I don't feel old unless I try and remember high school... body starts to hurt a little more true! But everything works like it should atm! Lmao

I'm twice that and I don't feel old! I still feel like I'm in my 20's! The band broke up Feb. 2nd 19 years ago, if we were to get back together, somehow, I'm ready to jump back in the saddle! I might have to regain some of my strength back after hardly touching the drums for 2 decades but, that won't take long. Hopefully, the torn bicep won't be a problem, either.

Nope, never! We all have the Holy Spirit inside of us that has the capability to heal all disease and give us unlimited energy. But If I were to present you with the greatest gift in the world... but you didn't know about it, or how to use it, then it would offer little to no benefit.
