I ask because my first relationship started when I was 29 ended when I was 32 so going on my logic I wouldn’t find another girlfriend until I’m 61

Hey man, don't be so hard on yourself! There's definitely no set "normal" time between relationships. Everyone goes at their own pace.
I know after a breakup it can feel like you're doomed to be single forever. But nah dude, you'll bounce back way earlier than 61! A few things:
- Take time to heal and focus on yourself first. Pursue your interests, spend time with the boys, that type of thing.
- When you feel ready, start putting yourself out there slowly. Chat people up, try dating apps, whatever works. No need to rush.
- Most guys I know who were in longer term relationships took 6 months to a year max to find someone new. 3 years was definitely an outlier case.
- At your age a lot of people your age are also single and looking. Good time to put yourself back in the game.
- Have faith man! As long as you learn from past mistakes, someone dope will want to swoop you up before you know it.
My advice is relax and let things happen naturally. You'll be coupled up again in no time, I guarantee it! Just focus on living your best life now single and the rest will fall into place.
I have been single for a total of maybe only 6 months in the last 22 years.
Yeah my first girlfriend wasn’t until 29
My first was when I was 12.
Usually at least 45 minutes or less.
