If your partner unknowingly cooks you something you disliked would you still try to eat it?

So lets say you’re in a new relationship and your partner decides to cook you something out of love. Unfortunately what they cooked for you is something you don’t like and didn’t tell them that yet.

If your partner unknowingly cooks you something you disliked would you still try to eat it?

would you still try it anyways or inform them that its not something you like?

I would still try it anyways. They went out of their way to make it for me. Ill tell them that I normally don’t like this food after.
I would tell them I appreciate the effort but you never liked that food item they cooked and pass on eating it
Tell them you appreciate it but don’t like it and try to offer it to someone else to eat instead (like a room mate, relative or friend for instance)
I would do something different (what would you do or say?)
