Hmm dude that's kinda weird that your girl forgets she has a boyfriend sometimes. On one hand, I guess it could be alright if it's just little things she forgets now and then, we all get distracted sometimes. But if she's like fully forgetting about you for periods of time or in important situations, that wouldn't be cool.

It almost sounds like she might not be that invested in the relationship if your existence isn't constantly on her mind. Girls who are really into their guy make sure he feels important and remembered, ya know? I'd maybe try paying attention to how much effort she puts in overall - does she seem excited to see you, listen when you talk, want to make plans and spend time together?

If it seems like she's not super engaged then I'd say that's a red flag. But maybe give her the benefit of the doubt for now since you didn't give specifics. Def keep an eye on it though and see if it's just an occasional slip up or a pattern of her not being as committed. Don't wanna waste your time if her heads not really in it, bro.
