What do you think of cheaters?

I'm actually rather liberal when it comes to cheating. In fact, it isn't even close to being a deal breaker with me. For example, if she has a one night stand, I certainly wouldn't break up over it. She wouldn't even have to tell me. However, if she wants an affair or a side boyfriend, I'd prefer she talks to me about it honestly. I would probably be ok with it, so long as she isn't sneaking around. It's the dishonesty that I can't tolerate. I understand that women can be perfectly happy in a relationship and still want occasional attention from other men and there's nothing wrong with that. So long as there's no pregnancy and no diseases. Basically, if any woman I date wants to have her own private sex life outside our sex life, she can pursue without it freely without worrying about destroying the relationship. When she tells details, it kind of turns me on. So long as I'm not being completely ignored, I can accept her dating other guys without wanting to break up. Cheating is something I can tolerate but lying, stupidity or a bad attitude isn't. I just think that women have been sexually oppressed so badly, that it's okay to sleep with other guys and have side boyfriend. I never tell that I'm fine if she cheats because I've found that women typically don't react well when I tell them this. Plus, if she meets a guy she really likes, she won't be forced to pick one or the other. Also, hearing her tell me about sex with other guys tends to turn me on.

So, what do I think about cheating? If she's honest about it, I can usually understand and easily forgive. In fact, I generally encourage and support her if she wants to date other guys. The more I like her, the more willing I am to accept sleeping with other guys. I would actually like her to go on holidays with the girls and have a fling. I want her fuck the stripper at the bachelorette party.

I am aware that people can make mistakes and I am aware that sometimes those are reasons less superifical than "I just had a scratch that I needed to itch" . Although, I am aware that I am unable to forgive such mistakes.
I think nothing of them since people can make mistakes, but if they were a partner of mine, they would no longer be.

I expect the exact same treatment that I give.

I hold cheaters in the absolute lowest possible regard. It’s a betrayal of trust, of somebody who has invested and believes in you. I’ve gone so far as to shun working with them or allowing them to even be on any team or project I’m in charge of. If somebody with that close a bond to you shouldn’t trust you, then I’m sure as hell not going to.

I would never date one. It shows their morals and many people that say "never again" still do it again eventually once tempted, just like drug users and alcoholics. MOST do it again.

They should date other "reformed" cheaters and leave the good people alone.
