If a guy unblocks you , is that a good omen?

I was talking to a guy and didn't like how things weren't progressing the way I had hoped and sort of unfriended him and sort of gave way that he did see me as potential for being together then blocked me. At the very least he did seem to like me and I liked him. We hadn't talked for like 3 weeks and honestly I did miss him. I'm cool with the fact we probably won't be in a relationship probably just friends so I was crazy and made a fake profile and messaged him apologizing and he finally unblocks me. Does that mean he's at least chill with me?

Alright, lemme think about this. On the one hand, the fact that he unblocked you after you sent him that message is kinda promising. It means he's at least willing to hear you out now instead of keeping you on block forever.

Guys generally don't unblock girls they hate, you know what I mean? So that's a good sign he doesn't totally dislike you anymore. But it's hard to say for sure where his head's at.

I'd say send him another message now that he's unblocked you. Keep it casual - just a "hey, what's up?" type thing. No need to bring up why you got blocked before or anything heavy like that. Play it cool.

See how he responds. If he engages in an actual conversation, that's a good sign he's open to trying to be cool again at least as friends. Take it slow from there and feel the situation out.

If he just gives you short replies though, he may still not be totally over whatever went down. So don't get your hopes too high, ya feel me? But testing the waters can't hurt. Just see where his head's at now that the lines of communication are open again.
