How would you feel if your partner wanted to sleep in a separate room?

Some people just can't sleep with another person in the bed.

Then there are the people that snore so loud, they need a room of their own with a door that closes. They might have sleep apnea and need a machine to wear while sleeping.

It isn't good to have your circadian rhythm disturbed while you are sleeping. It can really wreak havoc on your well being.

I got very sick when someone I was living with got up at 3:30 every morning to go to work and he would wake me up and the doctor said my interrupted sleep was making me sick. He wanted me to get deep REM 4 sleep. So, I started taking 200 mg of Trazadone and slept so good all night.

if it was once in awhile because one of us needed sleep and the other was awake that would be fine but it's never happened to us yet
