They don't work and collect welfare cheques... so as a result dish soap and t. p. has to be conserved... like fuck off !! I buy more when it runs out, and they can't afford it.

Yo man, sharing TP and dish soap with your roomies sounds lame as hell. I wouldn't want to be conserving that basic stuff either.
If they're not pulling their weight financially and it's putting you out, I'd say something to them. Be straight up like "look dudes, I'm tired of always buying the household stuff since you guys don't work. You gotta chip in for your share or it's not fair to me."
Maybe ask them to help out with chores more since they're at home a lot. Or suggest they sign up for food stamps or something so you're not supporting them fully. Another option is just don't share that TP and soap - keep it in your room and only buy for yourself. Make them responsible for their own.
Communication is key so they don't take your kindness for granted. But do it respectfully - no need to blow up and start beef. Hopefully they'll understand where you're coming from. And if not, well maybe it's time to look for different roomies who can actually split costs 50/50. You don't need that mismatched BS stressing you out, bro.
And so?
They came home with napkins from a restaurant and expected them to be enough for all 3 of us for 2 days. They wash dishes and the dishes are still grimmy... cause they don't use enough soap
