Is it okay for someone to allow dirty dishes to stack up that they dirtied themselves while sharing a living space with others?

I have a roommate who does this. She doesn’t do the dishes after cooking for herself. The kitchen looks dirty because of them. She leaves wrappers on the table and stuff. Isn’t that inconsiderate?

I think because she’s sharing a living space with others, it’s inconsiderate. If she was living on her own, that would be fine, still a bad habit but yeah no , she’s sharing that sink and she should be cleaning up her mess so her shared sink can be used

Does she ever clean them or just wait for someone else? If she lets them pile up and then cleans them after eating and taking a moment to digest that’s maybe annoying but acceptable. If she doesn’t ever come back for them, completely unacceptable.
