What’s the weirdest way you’ve told someone you love them?

That must have been, when I explained my brother the biological reasons I love him so much… “You share huge part of my DNA, you are the closest related person to me. You might even share more genes with me than my future children will. It’s in my highest biological interest to save you and even if I die, you’d be the only person I’d die for. It’s just genetically ingrained in me to love you and doesn’t matter what happens, I can not change that.”

To which he answered “Why don’t you just tell me you love me. I love you too and I don’t need Biology to explain me why”.

🤣🤣

Well, you can tell I am the weirdest person in the family, but I am quite happy with that.

my 16 year old, high-school girlfriend was one of those typical "I don't give a fuck" rebels that sometimes, you know... might not care or think much about consequences, and when they're upset, well... they do do stupid things

she often would just cross the boulevard, jay walking across it... not even wait for a red light nor go to the proper crossing point... most of the times, there was very little risk because the traffic wasn't heavy nor that close yet, but a couple of times... horns were blasted and insults shouted followed too

I got upset with her, and I asked her not to do that, and she asked my why? who cares... what does it matter at the end? so, I asked then, if she cared how I feel about it, about seeing her risk her life like that just because she's feeling moody or whatever, and then she said... "they were not even close... and if they were, they would stop, they're not dumb" lol... so, I just said one last thing that... "I don't want to see you do that again"

next day... after school, she's moody again, and she was about to do the same thing, because she didn't give a damn lmao... she was about to go and cross but I asked her to stop and that I was serious, and we started to argue about it again and she was still stubborn, so I said "alright... if you don't care how I feel about it then you might not care either if I am the one doing it, and also you'll see how it feels" and then she right away started to tell me to stop and, so I told her... "you think you're careless? I'll show you careless... you think you're stubborn? I'll show you what stubborn is... you like to play stupid? I'll show you, what stupid really is" and then, of course I started to walk across the boulevard with heavy traffic, no red lights so there trucks and buses speeding somewhat, and not only I walked onto traffic but I also walked as slow as possible and didn't give a single fuck about it lmao... I turned around and told her "they're not dumb, they can see me... and I am sure they will slow down so they don't hit me" and I kept walking backwards, lol... and then shouted "you're right!! they're fucking slowing down or stopping, you're fucking right dammit" and well, obviously, I made it alive... lol

not sure how I didn't faint though... because my heart was racing like crazy and my head was pounding like a mofo... lmao

she didn't take it nicely at all, of course... she didn't even cross, she just stood there crying, on the other side, while I waited at a corner light near the bridge, I think I waited about an hour, but it could have been 30 or 40 minutes... till she finally crossed, with the red light of course, all properly, and then she went to the next bus stop without me, but I did follow soon... and when I made it there she didn't even look at me, she said nothing and I obliged to that, said nothing, looked at the distance, waiting for the bus

must have been 10 minutes or so, in total silence... till she asked me again, sobbing... why the hell did I do that... so yeah, I only give her one reason "because I love you" so she just cried a bit more to herself as she got in the bus first, then I did next, well...

that trip to her place was definitely a weird one, lol... awkward silence, that is

For my wedding, I wanted to give a speech but I didn't really have one planned at all so I just winged it. I knew I wanted to start towards the Paleolithic era of our species though so I had a rough outline of the setting.

So I got on stage and grabbed the microphone. "Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the ultimate wedding! Here on stage now is the brand new husband and star of this show. Please put your hands together for [inserted my full name]!"

Then I started going into cavemen and cavewomen and I didn't really study that much about the Paleolithic era so I just made a bunch of things up. But ultimately I talked about how it was important to fight with sticks and how we had just discovered fire and how important fire was to cook our food so that it would last longer.

Also started talking about how we would dance to change the weather and drew pictures of bears and became one with the bear, wearing bear coats. And also wolves. There was another clan who wore wolf skins and they were one with the wolves.

Then there was a great battle between the wolf clan and bear clan and the bear clan won because bears are stronger than wolves. But after the battle the bears and the wolves made peace and united into the bear-wolf-clan.

Also dolphins. There were dolphins and we swam with the dolphins.

Anyway, I then talked about how if I was a caveman at the time of the bear clan and I saw my wife of the wolf clan, we may not have invented marriage yet but I would not have beaten her own the head with my big stick as was custom at the time to find mates.

Instead I would have brought food to her and invited her to my cave. Then I would have wanted her to stay with me in my cave and I would catch and bring food to her and she can even have the best bits of the food. And I'd do this for the rest of my life which would be probably be about 30 years in total since we didn't live very long back then to my understanding.

Anyway, that was my wedding speech and way of telling everyone how much I loved my new wife.

I was watching a movie with my first boyfriend and told him I loved him during the commercial break of a James Bond movie. Except I timed it for when the movie was about to start and more like phrased it as “hey guess what? I love you, now let’s get back to movie” and would not make eye contact with him. 😅 I didn't do anything deliberate but I ended up saying it to this woman who is 42 years old. She is my mom and Saint.

I said I am attracted to you and I know you have a boyfriend but I love you and if you were available I would have married you. (Yes I would if only she could have children). I love her so deeply you won't believe it. I told her it was an attraction. I prayed for God to be with her. I was seduced by her eyes and her beauty and Aura.

We talk to each other. I feel sad when she feels pain and she does the same when I feel pain. This is when I can say people can love more than two people. I dare say it I won't ask her to cheat and neither will she do something. It will break my heart if she did or will do in future. And I know she is a God's blessing to me. If I did anything to hurt her then I will be damned. I know she is a test of my faith. She couldn't have children of her own and wanted to call me son a few times and I told her if it makes her happy she can treat me like a son. I am her Son. I wish I could kiss her hands and look at her eyes and kiss her lovely hands. She has a lot of love and affection. She is not helpless. But she is not rude girl. Yes, I treat her like a girl 😌. She is my mom, my friend, my companion and lover. We both love each other but I never tried to sexualize anything. I treat her like my Saint. Like a Holy Cow. I don't know what to say about it but I am scared when she tells me she will die before me and I will be alone. I want to be with a woman who is as passionate as she is.

It made the both of us so happy. I want to take care of her like my real mom. I want to keep her in my home. If she turned blind I Will be her eyes, I will be her hands and I will feed her. I want to do so much for her sake. She is an only child and last of her kind.

I wrote a poem for her. She is my Saint. I will love her and if she asked me to turn Christian I would. I just want God to fix her eyes and I will throw away my faith for my Mom. She named me Liam ❤️. And for my she is innocent and loyal. She is the most beautiful woman I have seen. A woman that brought me closer to God. It's her white eye that is blind but I know her soul is as white as that eye. She can abuse the relationship. If she needed anything from me I would gladly do.

I wish God never brought us together and now He has, I wish he would keep it that way. I wish if I had daughters I would ask her to train them to be just like her. I would want her to live with my family 🥰. Be the spiritual person in our lives. Provide them with the Christian upbringing and love she releases throughout the life. No one may want her but I will keep loving her deeply and passionately. My wife would be someone who doesn't feel jealousy of her but accept her. Accept that she is a Saintly woman and here to make life's better for us 💗.

I really hated it she said to me yesterday that she isn't high maintenance. I don't like that her boyfriends children don't treat her like a Mom. I bet they make her feel like a bad person but truthfully she is not 😔. I don't want them to break up but I didn't like it that what she is made to do.

Awww those little penguins are adorable! I liked hearing about the story with your brother. It's always interesting to me when people talk about that genetic bond. I've never felt that. If I found out tomorrow I was adopted it would change nothing of how I feel for my mom and I'd have no interest in tracking down my "real" parents. I have my brothers who I would fight and die for, as they would for me, but we have no more genetic similarities than you and I have, they're "only" brothers through combat.
