Guys, how much weight do you feel is acceptable for your girlfriend or wife to gain during pregnancy?

This would be the mother of my child we are talking about.

I do not see a world where I do not adore the body that brought my child into it. Her gaining a lot of weight would not change that even if barely any was lost after the pregnancy. The only scenario I see myself having an issue is if the doctor said it was bad for the baby. Even then I would never think of it as "what's acceptable," since I would never leave her due to that.

That’s not up to the husband. She should go by what the doctor tells her to keep her baby and herself healthy.

It depends on her and what the Doctor says. I wouldn't care how much she gained as long as her and my baby were healthy
