Have you ever been excited over something mundane, like kitchen utensils?

My wife and I went shopping this weekend, mostly as a way to get the f out of the house. We went to ROSS. I dunno if you have ever heard of it, but think designer goods that are half price or less.. Anyway I got super excited over a goddamn set of whisks.. What's wrong with me?

I make fake lots of stuff I’m gonna get for fake places I don’t live in. It’s fun for me bc I grew up not really having anything not by choice but then it became a choice and I for a very long time saw wanting stuff as beneath my ethics to to want stuff so it’s still kind of exotic for me thinking about house stuff.

bit then at the same time I do prefer open empty place so I really don’t like to buy much but it’s fun imagining it when is design homes in my mind…. So not exactly what you were asking but I know I got a dopamine rush by the Q so I can say yeah it excites me 😂

I bought a pair of spilt scissors years ago… I use it fir everything ( especially great for cutting meat) then open it…drop it in the dishwasher… maybe used so much… the handle cracked.
I couldn’t find another anywhere…the only place I found is Le Creuset… so I got 3 pairs 😊

I got this new air freshener for my cousin that came from the electric company for free, but I gave it to her as a Christmas gift and I got a surge charge of giving that to her and I have given away cell phones to my one cousin and used to get a charge out of that to so who knows it could be part of my Bipolar Disorder because that is common symptoms with Bipolar the patients buy things and give them away.
