My ex didn't mind AI anything, she knew those things were just an entertainment hobby for me and could never replace her. It was before the chat era though but I rember me and her generating 2 pages of erotic fiction together to see what would happen. The AI got so unhinged we could not stop laughing, it was absolute comedy gold. In one part the dick of the protagonist randomly exploded (Like an actual explosion not an orgasm) during the act for example leaving the female protagonist in absolute confusion. So I had a very understanding girl who didn't limit me in this hobby at all, and since I had her the personas I did try to make were just fun characters rather than proper AI waifu's.
