Would you report a female abuser?

If your MALE friend or family member came to you and told you that their significant other was constantly physically and mentally abusive towards them, would you HONESTLY report her to the police the way you probably would if it was a female friend/family member letting you know this had been happening for a long time?

Reporting it is up to them. I am not taking that choice away from them. Would I tell him he should or leave for sure but reporting is up to their judgement.
Many times people try to report for the victim but it ends up much worse for them, and also impacts belief that nothing is their choice.

Only if they wanted me to. Same goes for if it was one of female friends or gender-fluid friends. If they don’t want me to, then I will be there for support, comfort, and advice when they need it (the advice mostly being leave that person and get the police involved).

I would tell them i will assist them with the report but I wouldn't report by myself. I believe adults have the right to make their own decisions and bear the consequences

Abso-fuckin-lutey. But will I be believed? Probably not, no. Women hold all the power at least in the United States of America. An abusive woman would just play the victim card and at that point it’s the man’s word vs the woman’s word and 9 times out of 10 people will side with the woman. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s no wonder men don’t report abusive or manipulative behavior done to them by women. They’d be laughed out of the room and eventually commit suicide.

probably not. I was abused by a female. I would not report her. I wanted her to see a shrink. She really had problems and getting her arrested would not be constructive.

I've taken some frightfully severe bare bottom thrashings from a multitude of cruel, sadistic women who needed an outlet through which to vent their anger and frustration at men, and I can tell you unequivocally that I'm exceedingly grateful for every single one of those beatings.
It should be noted, however, that not only did I, in most cases, express my desire to receive those thrashings, but after the woman I was dating at the time had begun to beat my ass regularly, we both acknowledged that our relationship was much improved as a result.
